Michele has more than 34 years of nursing and patient care services management experience. A Pennsylvania native, she received a nursing diploma from St. Margaret’s Hospital in Pittsburgh. She also received education for ministry training from The University of the South School of Theology, as well as a health care management certification from Lander University in South Carolina. Michele has been with HealthSouth for nearly 15 years. Prior to becoming the hospital’s CEO in 2003, she worked at HealthSouth hospitals in Florence and Charleston, S.C., in nursing, case management , program development and marketing. She also spent 15 years with Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) and her extensive background includes emergency room and critical care nursing, discharge planning and external case management, nursing management, education for physicians and staff and preceptor coordination. Michele’s clinical experience plays a major role in the operational success of AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital. Besides being a registered nurse, Michele has her Nursing Home Administrator's license and is a certified case manager. |

| Dr. Vogenitz specializes in physiatry and is the medical director at AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital. A Louisiana native, he received his medical degree from Louisiana State University Medical College and completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R) at Charlotte Institute of Rehabilitation in North Carolina. Dr. Vogenitz is board certified in PM&R and belongs to the American Academy of PM&R and the American Medical Association. He is the chairman of the Medical Executive Committee and is also on the AnMed Health Rehabilitation Advisory Committee. Prior to joining AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital, he was the medical director for the rehabilitation unit at the Medical Center of South Arkansas. |

| Chris has more than 15 years of occupational therapy experience. A North Carolina native, he received a bachelor’s degree from East Carolina University in Greenville. His clinical background includes acute care, inpatient acute rehabilitation and outpatient services. He also served on the Greenville Technical College OTA program advisory committee and is currently on the AnMed Health Rehabilitation Advisory Committee. Chris has specialty training in wheelchair seating and positioning and has facilitated many therapy, disability awareness and diversity awareness courses. Being paraplegic, his unique position has proven to be an asset in working with patients and understanding their perspective. |

After attending Indiana State University, Dawn relocated to South Carolina. She has worked with AnMed Health in both sales and marketing positions as well as leadership management rolls. Dawn is the newest member of the AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital senior management team, and she brings an extensive background of marketing to her new role. Dawn is involved with many community organizations and serves on the board of directors for New Foundations Children and Family Services. |

| Julie has more than 15 years of financial management experience. A Michigan native, she received a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University and passed the Certified Public Accountant Exam in 1996. Prior to joining AnMed Health Rehabilitation Hospital, she served as the financial manager for AnMed Health Home Care Services. Julie manages regional business office operations and was selected to work on the HealthSouth TeamWorks project. |

| Tara has more than 10 years of health care human resources experience with HealthSouth. A South Carolina native, she received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in business administration in human resources and marketing from the University of South Carolina. Prior to joining AnMed Health, she worked at HealthSouth’s headquarters in Birmingham, Ala., and HealthSouth in Rock Hill, S.C. |

| Joyce has more than 35 years of nursing and management experience in acute care, intensive care, operating room and physician practices. She also spent many years in the accounting field. A Michigan native, she received a nursing diploma from Providence Hospital School of Nursing in Detroit. She went on to receive her BSN from the University of South Carolina Spartanburg, and specialty certification in operating room nursing. Joyce is a member of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology. Her extensive background also includes management of infection control, quality and clinical education departments. Prior to joining AnMed Health she served as the administrator of HealthSouth Surgery Center in Greenville, S.C. |
